Following many requests from parents, Babygrowz is now expanding the areas it covers and is looking for people to join our growing Franchisee team. We are offering great Franchise opportunities for enthusiastic moms to pilot test our methods, procedures and systems in their local area on a full or part time basis and are particularly looking for people to establish there own Babygrowz business in the Cambridgeshire, Fenland and Northampton areas.
Working with Babygrowz offers you the opportunity to build your own successful business with working hours that suit you. Plus you know you will be helping other parents through what is an important, but often difficult and confusing time.
Why Babygrowz?
Babygrowz classes are different from other baby activity classes in two very important ways. Firstly they cover a wide range of ages- from Pre birth through to age three- and secondly they are for both mom (and dad) and baby together. Our classes are all about showing parents how to support their child’s development at each different stage. All activities used in class can be repeated at home; in fact this is an important part of the programme, with no expensive equipment-simply mom and baby having FUN, together.
About you!
Are you looking for a change of career? Or do you simply want to run your own business? Whichever it is, you do not need previous experience in the area as all training will be given. However you need to have certain qualities and skills. These are:
- Good communication skills
- Confidence
- Being a people person
- Enthusiasm
- The ability to work alone while still being a team member
- Commitment
- A desire to succeed with strong motivation and drive.
