While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our website Babygrowz® does not accept responsibility for any errors or omissions. Classes/services:
Babygrowz® provides an enriching development programme for parents and babies. Parents/carers are expected to support that aim and must be in attendance throughout each Babygrowz® class. Details of any parent/carer who will/may be attending classes with your child must be provided on the registration form.

Fees include tuition, handouts, use of Babygrowz® equipment and refreshments where stated. Babygrowz® reserves the right to cancel your/your child’s place at the class teacher’s discretion. In such circumstances, a full refund will be given for classes not attended. Any refund for classes (services) is at Babygrowz® discretion. Once a course has started it is not normal to offer any refund but credit notes may be issued at the discretion of Babygrowz or its franchisees. There are no refunds for temporary absence from classes (such as holidays/sickness). In the event of a class being cancelled due to teacher illness, then alternative arrangements will be made, or a credit note given. Class numbers are strictly limited and places will not be confirmed until relevant payment is received. Babygrowz® reserves the right to offer an alternative class when the chosen class is full or to put your details on a waiting list. Parents and children should not attend classes if they are ill and in particular if they are suffering from any illness that could be passed on to other children or their parents/carers. You should advise your class teacher if your child has developed an illness having attended any Babygrowz® class. Some parents/carers are pregnant and need to be able to make informed decisions about attending classes (such as in the case of German measles). Classes begin and end promptly so children/parents should aim to arrive in the venue at least five minutes before the class is due to start. Social Times are for your comfort: please use them. As a courtesy to other parents we ask that mobile phones are switched off during the class. Please discuss with the class teacher in exceptional circumstances.

General:

Services: All orders for services e.g. booking classes, represents a contractual relationship between the purchaser and the relevant franchisee. By placing an order for goods/services through the website you warrant that you are legally capable of entering a contractual relationship with Babygrowz® and/or its franchisees.

Making a purchase: To make a purchase simply browse our shop and click on any items you wish to buy to put them in your shopping cart. After you have finished click on ‘order’ to complete details.
Orders may also be placed by phone or post. For phone orders simply call us on 01354 695513 or post your order with a cheque for the correct amount and made payable to ‘Babygrowz’ to 30 Huntingdon Road, Chatteris, Cambs, PE16 6ED. Babygrowz retains ownership of any merchandise ordered until full payment is received.

Shipping and Handling: Our postage and packing charge is calculated before any discounts are applied and is £2.50 for orders to the value of £10.00 and £4.95 for orders over the value of £10.00 for all UK orders only. If postage costs amount to more than £7.50 we will contact you for payment of the difference before your items can be sent. On confirming a purchase you are also confirming acceptance of the delivery charge.

Delivery schedule: We aim to ship all orders within 36 hrs of receipt of payment.of payment

Out of stock: If your item(s) is/are out of stock at time of ordering we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait

Returns Policy: All our orders include a receipt and returns slip. The returns slip must be completed and returned with the goods, within 14 days of the date on the receipt. Goods must be returned unused in the original condition that you received them. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office, as we are only responsible for returned goods once we have received them. The value of the goods will be refunded on receipt of them, but not the postage and packaging charge. The postage and packaging charge will only be refunded if goods are faulty or damaged. If you are exchanging items posting and packing will not be charged again

Privacy Policy: Babygrowz does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties, except where permission has been given to pass on contact details or for delivery purposes. Any personal details collected through the website will be used only in accordance of our privacy policy, outlined below. We will not pass your details on to any third parties.
Information held about you may be used for the following purposes:
